ARTICULATE VISION FOR COMMUNITY IMPACT
Baltimore Peninsula is a 260-acre waterfront site that was acquired by Under Armour founder Kevin Plank and conceived as a public private mixed-use development aimed at bringing new jobs, housing, and investment to the area.
In 2021, our team worked with woman-owned developer MAG Partners to help advise the project development around strategic visioning, community impact initiatives, and marketing and leasing.
Our work on the effort included the creation of a strategic blueprint for the project as a purpose-driven, sustainable impact community committed to creating opportunity for all. Recommendations included a number of ideas aimed at public space activation, community partnerships, and strategies around investment and tenant attraction.
